I did that, and when I reinstalled and then restarted my computer the extension was just gone from my list of browser extensions. ![]() Then got uncaught (in promise) typeerror failed to fetch service worker and npm install the third person at customer service I spoke to advised me to clear all caches, unplug all accessories and try a fresh uninstall/reinstall. Originally it had the error :error in event handler: error: attempting to use a disconnected port object, but reinstalling did nothing to fix that. I humored him and tried that as well, and it did nothing to fix the issue. I contacted tech support again and the gentleman suggested I attempt to uninstall and reinstall again, or try System Restore from a previous date when the downloader was still working. They advised me to attempt to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, and it still did not work. I had several issues and contacted customer support.
